Yes ma'am I would start with some cardio exercise 5 times a week for about 30 minutes (running or biking, even walking sure) is good enough to burn fat. Do it early in the morning. And don't worry about being poor, try some protein shakes those are excellent meal replacements. Regular push-ups and sit-ups should help give you great core strenght. Buy healthy cereal, buy some vegtables. You don't need milk. Try some veggie burger patties in the frozen food section, cheap granola/nutritional bars. worked in hotel, had done shifts afetr guy pooped himself and on floor. i didnt find out til 2 days after when i had to serve him stinking of faeces. he grabbed my hand and worried conatminated me and that i was filthy from working in environment where he had bn and people bn serving him etc. thought on shoes clothes mobile etc. bcos had worked without knowing this i didnt take precautions so thought contaminated everything id touched in my home. tried to clean but then thought hoover dirty etc. now year on and cant touch most of my belongings bcos dont know if faeces still be on them. it is such a problem bcos i was unaware of what had happened and would not have gone into work if id known. mum tidied up and put shoes and things in bag with other items and worried contamination has spread to hundreds of things.

Today, I found that the wrapped loaf of white bread in our pantry was mauled. About half of it was missing, and presumably eaten by something. Closer inspection revealed a 1.5" hole in the plastic bag on the bread (GROSS). Is this a mouse? Roaches? I haven't found any pests or droppings of any kind in my house, and we don't have pets. The bread was stored off the floor on a shelf in our pantry. No other food appears to have been similarly affected. I am so grossed out and want to prevent this from happening again.

No, he is far from being best, but he is becoming one of the best after his phenomenal season next year. Pretty much the running backs in conversation of the best RB are Adrian peterson, Michael Turner and Ladanian Tomlinson. Don't expect Williams to get out-of-this-world rushing and receiving stats because he splits a lot of carries with Jonothan Stewart. Stewart is a really good RB so expect them to get a pretty much even number of carries. I was really surprised because last year Williams started out really slow but then exploded in the second half of the season. He shows a ton of explosiveness on the field. I have been following Williams since he went to high school with my cousins and attended Memphis and played college ball there. But he still has a long way to go to be the best RB in the NFL.

Can anyone explain to me how hot water heat works?

I live in a apt. building built in the 60's. I am top right floor, boilers are bottom left. I have long low wall "registers" in each room. Are there actual pipes that run the hot water through these? They are metal, and bang when they expand from the heat, but since I don't have to pay for heat, I can live with that. How does the heat get out into my rooms - there is no blower. Also, I have a thermostat - could it possibly even be hooked up to anything, or is it just there to make me feel better? Is this a good stocking for my 16 gallon freshwater tank?

I have a similar sized tank. I have none of those fish but whilst researching which fish i was going to get i looked up all of these fish in lots of detail. I think that is perfect stocking level. I have some peppered Corie's. They are fantastic little catfish. Each have their own personality and they are such a joy. Also, they are slightly smaller than otos i think. So i would say go for the Corie's you will not be disappointed!! The other issue i would like to raise is with the guppies. The males do look lovely but they do not like to live alone but if they live in groups there must be females present or the males will fight. Usually it is 2 females to every male. You have room for that amount of guppies so i would go for that option so they are happy. And remember that it may take a while but don't rush the stocking of fish. It will pay off in the end. Please let me know in your reply what you have chosen to do i would love to know.

Is wet food bad in any way for male cats?

I have a 10 month old male domestic short-hair. I have had him every since he was about 4 weeks old (Me and my roommate discovered him outside alone, he was abandoned by his stray mother). For about half his life, he would only eat wet cat food, he would go hungry before tasting the dry stuff. One day my mom bought him "The Goodlife Recipe" and he actually loved it! I no longer had to mix his wet food with his dry food to get him to eat the stuff. Now I'm at a dilemma. My kitten's current diet is 2 pouches of wet cad food, one in the morning, one at night, while he also has a bowl of dry food out at all times for "grazing" in between meals. Some one told me the other day that wet cat food can cause kidney stones in male cats because males' urethea has a funnel effect. I reseached this and my research tells me that DRY FOOD actually does this to cats. My roommate tells me wet food is bad because its harder to digest, but i know dry food can't be goos for cats either, just from common sense! So can anyone set me straight here? I really want to keep my cat on a regular diet of wet food because my sense tells me thats what is best for him. Should i have any worries?

Need SERIOUS Advice. Not a marriage question but a relationship question.?

Me and my guy friend were platonic friends for almost three years. During that time he had a girlfriend and they broke up officially about three months ago however he continued communicating and sleeping with her (unbeknowest to me) anyway during that same three months we began dating and growing closer. Is it bad to take a shower after using the computer?

My parents told me its bad to use the computer for a while then take a shower right after. My dad said "theres radioactive waves coming from the computer into your eyes and once you take a shower and the water goes to your eyes, they'll get damaged" and my mom added "its because your eyes are tired!" They don't make any sense. So I wanna know if its really bad? At the most, I use the computer for about 2 hours straight. Medical Question, What does this sound like?

I've been having constant headaches for the past 4 years, and it's getting worse. There's good days and bad days, now a days I just kind of blow it off as if it's nothing but some days I just can't. I have my good days and my bad, I have huge lightheaded/cold water pains in my head after getting up from laying down, sitting down, or crouching down or any quick movement. I do not get up quickly I've tried going slower to see if it would change and it didn't. I had an eye appointment, and that was all good, wasn't the cause of my headaches. Normally during these episodes the backsides of my eyes hurt, like a lot of pressure on them. As well as having these headaches I've been shaking really bad randomly especially after I do things. My blood pressure is fine, and all that. I'm going to be seeing a cardiologist Wednesday about this and if nothing then a neurologist. Some days I feel like crap, I don't know how to explain it, I just feel crappy and this slight light feeling in my head? and I find it hard to do things which can last for a week or more... I've found that the lightheadedness and headaches tend to increase with moods, but then other times completely randomly. I used to be on anti-depressants in 2007, but I stopped, and I don't feel depressed and even then I didn't find that they worked at all. I tend to have a lot of pains on my sides, and I have about one anxiety attack every so months, when I'm really stressed out my stomach gets all tight, I don't know if any of this is related, but do any of you have a clue on what's going on? So far everything has came back clear...

Later on he came and asked if I had a piece of number, he would like to leave his number "in case of emergency" which was kinda like ok. So I took it as face value... "in case of emergency". I saw him the next day and he was doing the same staring thing, and he would plant himself directly in front of me and squinted his eyes as he stares. My manager asked how I was doing and he replied, "Oh she's excellent". Then he came to me later on and asked if I still had his number. We then exchanged numbers. (He still has not called), but I have seen him a few more times and the stares has become much more profound. Of course I am not going to call...(should I?)... Got a ticket for improper back???

I was side swipped yesterday afternoon and my car is totaled. I was backing out of a church parking lot and was going into the center lane of the street. And that's when he hit the rt. back side of my car. The bad thing about this is my son was inches from being hit. He came out with eight stitches on his face and gl in his head. Super strong decent tasting everclear shot mix??

Cat and Lucky Bamboo reaction time?

I saw my GP in January. I got a referral for a psychiatrist. I brought the referral to the hospital and that hospital only offers services in French ..so they sent my referral to another hospital in Montreal which offers English services. I haven't gotten a call even for an appointment. I don't even know what hospital they sent my referral to and I am ticked off. I am a 22 year old single mom of my almost 4 year old daughter and I need help. I have too much on my plate right now. I attempted suicide about 8 years ago, and I was on the brink of death, and I feel like it wouldn't of mattered if I had died that night. I love my daughter but I am in need of help. Even my daughter's therapist tells me that I have to try and take care of myself more, but myself clothes, go shopping, go out. And I can't. I don't know why. I can't. I was ually abused by my grandfather form the age of 11-13 and he used to give me money so that I wouldn't tell anyone. And I can't shop for myself. I don't feel pretty enough. Ok so I got pregnant in december and I had blighted ovum so I had a scheduled D&C since I was 9 weeks along. That was my first pregnancy and we were advised to wait three cycles before trying again. Well it has been so hard. I feel as if I have increased hunger and sharp pains in my but my period always comes!! Well this month I am suppose to get my period today until the 18th. I took a pregnancy test because for about a week I have felt slight cramping on both sides. Also I have had the sharp pains in my s periodically. Well when I took the test there was a line but it was so faint that I had to squint to see it. I was wondering if getting a blood test would be earlier to see if I was or wasnt. The anticipation of waiting sucks and when I get my period I am disappointed. I know everyone says calm down it will happen but they have not gone through what I have so please no negative comments

I recently had an extremely strange dream in which I was first mentally tortured by these horrible visions and after swearing this thing off of me. When I looked to my right, there was an old victorian lady standing next to me, I then spoke with the lady and she asked something from me. I was literally drained by this experience when I woke up, and it took me quite a while to gain my energy. I was later contacted by my friend stating she wanted to go ghost hunting that night and there was an old victorian lady that had died in the 1800's and she wanted to see if we could get some activity. This immediately peaked my curiousity and I ended up looking for this lady on the web for a photo and I found her in the photo! She was the wealthy plantation owner my friend wanted to find! I am in a very similar situation except we can't progress to full bf/gf because I think he wants to see what happens with the ex when (and if) the baby arrives. It is entirely too much for me so I have had to take a step back from him and the situation. Although we still communicate everyday I have made it emphatically clear that I have no intentions of being with him until after the baby arrives and he is able to deal with the emotions of the new arrival. Sometimes I do think the birth of a baby will bring people back together so im giving him that opportunity. In the meantime I will continue to live my life and date other people. I have a diaper question?

Ok so I am a new mother (Maverick is 2 weeks old). He is currently 9lbs 3oz. We plan to use cloth diapers once he is out of the pooping-every-hour stage, but for now are using disposables. The hospital had him in Pampers Swaddlers, which I liked the line on the front that shows whether the baby is wet or dry, but the diapers themselves sucked to be honest. He would leak out the leg, the gel beads came out even if he had been changed 15 minutes prior, and I didn't like that meshy stuff inside, plus they gave him a bad diaper rash. So we then changed to Huggies Snug & Dry size 1, which really seem to work well for him. He's a very heavy wetter so I think that's part of why the swaddlers didn't work. My question is- is there any comparable diaper to the Huggies Snug & Dry but without the cost? Like a very similar off brand. I'd rather not keep buying bags of diapers and using two from the pack so looking to see what works for other people. I'd like to try the costco brand of diapers, but they only come in a giant pack, and if they don't work for us I don't want to be stuck with them. What about Target brand? Any other off brands that actually work? He needs a diaper change about twice an hour so we are going through a ton of diapers.

Sometimes it fires fine and will work for the full hour.Other times will stay on for say 5mins then other times it clicks on then cuts off immediatley. There is like one company that makes good PC 5300 RAM. Go for DDR2 800, the norm, if you can. HDD is fine. As for a GPU, grab a GTS 250, which will max Fallout 2 out.. It is pretty cheap and only needs 1 pci-e connector. That and the PCB is small so it can fit in these OEM cases. How much are you spending on this? I can probably find a better deal.
