I know it's not Bella's Lullaby but, what is it?

it's runtime is 5:08. In my opinion it's alot nicer then the actual one. In Limewire and Frostwire it's under the name Carter Burwell (the original composer) and it says Bella's Lullaby (Twilight Soundtrack) yet it's fake. Can someone please help me find out who it really belongs to? I'm hoping to learn it. Thank You.
