How do I transitition from a tomboy into a glam girl?PLEEEEEEEEASE HELP!?

lol i'm just like you. i know how to do good hair & makeup but when it comes to clothes i think "comfy" more than flashy and that makes me one terrible shopper when it comes to looking glam. my sister on the other hand is the opposite so i take most of the advice from her. i would like to ask the same question. and how the heck do they take simple looking clothes & make it look fashionable?
