I have a 1989 Ford Probe GT, which A/C does it use R12 or R134? i want to buy a refill kit?

i want to buy a refill kit for the air conditioning, and i dont know which hose fits my valve does anyone who has doneit know? AC kits are available for all tipes, i just want to buy the right one. ani instrunctions on how you do it, i realy appreciate it , since my windows wont roll down anymore, i have 50� C in my car untill i find new regulators or install some manula windows..whic i have no ideea how to.
