Do I have to call back seasonal employees"?

I am a banquet coordinator in Wisconsin. My staff works mainly April through September. Seasonal employees.I have an employee with a huffy, eye rolling attitude. To avoid drama spreading through the department I wish I could simply not put her on the schedule. Am I obligated to call her back this spring?
