Kids of mixed egyptian descent and acceptance by egyptian fam +/their role in egypt ?

This is common in Islam for cousins to marry each other. We see cousins as potential marriage partners. We don't see them as just cousins like Americans do. It's not obligratory it's just easier to make sure your daughter is treated well if she marries a cousin. As for them wanting to come to USA it's not desperation they just want to make sure your daughter knows that she will marry a cousin in their eyes.
