Has anyone heard of a Thoroughbred named Dancer's Image?

If so why was disqualified from the 1968 Kentucky Derby? I checked out a book on Thoroughbred racing throughout the century but it never mentions him and my mom told me about him though she didn't know why he was disqualified.
