I have few day I am having headache, fever, chills, lost appetite?

In the last few day I am having headache, fever, chills and today I lost my appetite, I am wondering what is this, I am 38 years old, I dont think is time for my menopause, I was wondering is flu, but I dont have sore throught, blocked nose. I took an ibruophen 400 mg and beechams cold and flue which contains paracetamol. Can somebody tell me what is this?
