Why is my friend called a sellout,made fun of and called names?

She is black alot of other black girls and guys and even a few whites have made fun of her cause they say she acts to "white".She has mostly been with white men but has also dated lebanese,asians and italian men.She says she thinks she is more attracted to non black men and she hates it she is tired of being made fun of noone thinks there is nothing wrong with her except her what can she do to feel better?
