Please give me your advice :( my boyfriends ex is pregnant..?

I am in a very similar situation except we can't progress to full bf/gf because I think he wants to see what happens with the ex when (and if) the baby arrives. It is entirely too much for me so I have had to take a step back from him and the situation. Although we still communicate everyday I have made it emphatically clear that I have no intentions of being with him until after the baby arrives and he is able to deal with the emotions of the new arrival. Sometimes I do think the birth of a baby will bring people back together so im giving him that opportunity. In the meantime I will continue to live my life and date other people. Go with the first thing your heart tells you.
