Cps dependency case? Tucson arizona?

I had my children taken jan 20th of last year due to my then fiance my 7 year old daughter. becauae of this our son who was one at the time was also put into foster care. A year later I am dealing with cps still. I just had my daughter jan 29 2011. she is a week old nw cps let me spend two days with her at the hospital and as I was being discharged cps took custody. Tjey decided ti file a dep pwtition and add her to the current case. I had court today and I have been 100% neg on my drops sonce march of last year I am attending all services listed on my case plan. I evem graduated college last month. cps sat on the stand and lied today. They sayd I was still using even though I have all the paperwork saying I have been clean, they say I have not participated in swrvices at all,..i eas given a continuance today necause cps took to long on the stamd. They are coming out this thursday to do my home evaluation...is this a good thing.they have waited a whole year to do one ...i have heard they only cime and do them befire the kids come home or they start doing unsupervised visits? Does amyone know how this works?
