How long can I keep thawed milk out of the fridge before feeding?

If you want a room temp bottle it needs to be fresh expressed milk which is good for up to 10 hours at 72 degrees F. Thawed milk can be kept in the fridge for 24 hours but shouldn't be left out at room temp. So, express some milk before you go to bed and you can use that to feed in the middle of the night.
