Where to find Book: Satan's answers to the Exorcist by Gaspare Bullinger?

A few people say they have read this rare book but I can not find it anywhere. Originally it was in German (I think) and then translated to English by Fr. Adolf Faroni. Many people will recognize this from the movie the Exorcist of Emily Rose, which was based off the German girl Anneliese Michel. Regardless of what you're beliefs are concerning the subject matter or the case, all I want to know is where can I find this Book?
