I need a special unique/nice/i care gift for a guy friend what is a good idea?

I have a guy friend that I want to get a valentines gift for him iwant to show him how much i care because sometimes I feel like he doesnt realize how much I do care I want it to be special because anybody can buy stuff its more special if its from you but I dont want him to think its a little too odd even though hes the kind of person who would probably be thankfull for it.so what do you think I should do? Im a writer so I write poems and stuff but what do you think he cares alot about me i know he does hes such a good friend.^-^
