Are these movies really having sequels also let me know of any others?

i heard about boondock saints 2 forever and its finally here so i wander if these others are true some are also part 3 or 4/s. super troopers. beer fest. dark night. lord of the rings the hobbit story. finding nemo. the hangover. snatch. 300. fight club. or any other older and not quite so obvious ones you may know about.... would love to know.... thank you.
