What does "mive" mean?

It's an expression in a play our school is doing - All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten by Robert Fulghum. There's a monologue called Beethoven where the character shouts out "MIVE!" about three times. I've looked it up and found it's a book, but is that really all that it means? Also... Is it pronounced "man-alive" or "man-ah-leev"?
