How can Women be protected from Rapists since the UK Government does nothing?

After hearing his comments this is what I'd recommend. Have all the white women turn up at Ken Clarke's house and ask to live there. I'm sure he would try to accommodate them(not) especially if they turned up with a bottle of scotch and a box of cigars. Evidently he can be bought pretty cheaply.
