No way the Mets make the playoffs. If they win 80 games i'd be surprised. They have ONE pitcher on the entire team and he is coming off major surgery. The Phillies are still really good and it would be a huge upset for them not to make the playoffs. Also, I like the Angels and Mariners to finish aheard of the Rangers. Besides that your picks are pretty standard, but the Dodgers have no chance at a series win, Manny is not Manny any more and they will underacheive. Yanks will prob repeat (which sucks) just because they are the deepest and most talented team.

Is there any easy way of memorizing the stages of mitosis and meosis?

I know the order Interphase,prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase, but I have a hard time remembering what happens during each stage

Yes ma'am I would start with some cardio exercise 5 times a week for about 30 minutes (running or biking, even walking sure) is good enough to burn fat. Do it early in the morning. And don't worry about being poor, try some protein shakes those are excellent meal replacements. Regular push-ups and sit-ups should help give you great core strenght. Buy healthy cereal, buy some vegtables. You don't need milk. Try some veggie burger patties in the frozen food section, cheap granola/nutritional bars. Gandhi has influenced every form of protest world wide for nearly a century. Every protest, from MLK to the egyptian protest of late have been influenced in some way by gandhi. He also really caused the death of the imperial age by beginning the process that eventually lead to decolonization.
